Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Communication Process
o Finance communication coordinator
o Finance internal communication (applicable announcement)
o Coordinate Communication Templates revision and edit efforts
• Lead Continuous Improvement Program
o Quality Programs
o Mobilizations & Transitions
o Initiative Management
o Creating awareness of Operational Excellence programs, methods
o Adoption of a process mindset in each GSCO site
o Celebration of actual improvements
• People Development Process
o Blueprint management and planning
o Succession Planning
o Employee Satisfaction Survey
o Community Meetings and employee recognition and appreciation events
o Global Accenture HR contact for recruiting
• CRM / Request Management Process
o Relationship Management
o Key Customer Identification
o Escalation Management
o Process Change / Control Management
• Provide certain level of operations support in initiatives and transitions for controllership functions including T&E, RTP and AS.
• Support Service Management Process
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: (list in order of priority)
• Four year BA or BS degree
• Four years or more of experience is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills – English and Mandarin
• Demonstrated business operations acumen
• Interact comfortably and effectively with executives
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Project management and management skills are preferred
• Accounting or finance designation is Not required but definitely an asset
• Operational and shared services experience – definitely an asset
