Job Description:
Business & Finance Reporting & Analysis
1. Provide Sales performance report to GCC Leadership team with analysis from different viewpoints, e.g. actual vs. forecast & outlook, by sales directors, by product groups, etc.
2. Reconciliation and analysis among major business & finance reports, APJ vs. Local, As Sold vs. GAAP, Finance vs. Marketing, Demand vs. Invoice, etc.
3. Identify issues in reporting, distinguish issues (logic/methodology or business) and identify owner, and follow up with the action items if possible, e.g. sales mapping mistake, costing update mistake, etc.
4. Provide Ad Hoc reporting & analysis to leaders
P&L Actual Analysis & Outlook
1. Work with segment finance teams to provide weekly financial review deck to leaders
2. Cooperate with APJ Planning & Marketing finance, Segment Finance teams, Service Finance, MFG Costing and Planning team, provide full Q P&L (Unit/Rev/Margin/Opex/Op Inc) projection for business leaders’ review
3. Prepare Full Q P&L outlook submission to APJ, with relative review deck if necessary
4. Cooperate with Segment Finance, Service, SnP, Revenue, Accounting, Costing, Marketing finance, Manufacturing & Logistics to understand and monitor all the P&L related adjustments, e.g. Rev Transfer, Gross/Net, Provision, Revenue Reversal, Bid Funding, Central Goodness, etc. make sure all adjustments on track and no last minutes surprise
5. Provide on time update on full Q P&L actual, with variance analysis vs. forecast and outlook to leaders if necessary
6. Provide actual P&L to segments, which is vital for performance review and planning
Others
1. Provide CSC and other finance review decks to leaders
2. Cooperate with Sales Operation team, provide financial support on Sales Quota Setting and Actual Attain Calculation
3. FX outlook and HRV update
4. Collect and Review materials for APJ Service Discount Sampling Audit
5. BPI & CBA verification for GCC
6. Other Ad Hoc tasks per Leaders’ requests
Qualifications:
1. University degree in Finance or Accounting
2. Minimum 8 years of related experience, preferably in a MNC environment with 3 years in managerial capacity
3. Energetic and results driven
4. Analytical and detailed oriented
5. Proactive and self motivated
6. Able to deal with ambiguity.
7. High level of accuracy, commitment and dedication
8. Strong in Microsoft Excel and experience in Hyperion & Oracle
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
