General Summary
This position is the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) senior analyst for Home and Small Business (HSB) sales segment. HSB provides the unique opportunity to experience both consumer and business sales models within the same segment. Possible working location will be Dalian (China) or Miyazaki (Japan).
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
This person is responsible for assisting with the coordination and presentation of forecasts and outlooks, as well as the coordination and presentation of the weekly operations review meetings. The forecast/outlook process is a key driver of many business processes such as financial reporting, quota setting, Master Sales Plan, and headcount OPEX. As a result, this is a key role in the segment and requires direct interaction with and input from the segment general manager and his senior leadership team.
Qualifications
• Very strong ability to deal with ambiguity, drive for results and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to summarize and present information in a concise and clear manner for executive review and approval is essential.
• Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with planning systems preferred.
• Prefer with 7-10+ years relevant experience in finance or a related field.
