IT Supervisor – GDC Managed Service Operation (Call Center Section)-002
Requirements:
- Candidate should have minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting a reservation center / call center. Other experiences include:
- Familiar with IT infrastructure setup and maintenance operations for reservation center;
- Experienced in Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and Cisco router setup and maintenance and trouble shoot and resolve problems.
- Experienced in Local Area Network (LAN) setup and maintenance including cable design and management, switch set-up and maintenance, hub set-up and maintenance, and trouble shoot and resolve problems.
- Experienced in telecommunication systems (e.g telephone, and recording system) set and maintenance including configuration and management of the switch and handset (configure new, modify existing, or move existing handsets)..
- Have experiences of data center management and DR planning and execution (I believe the extent of the DR is to failover to the other Hyatt call centers Experienced in supporting Citrix application servers.
- Experienced in supporting Wintel based desktop/Laptop set-up, configuration and trouble shoot and resolve software or hardware problems.
- Candidate should have good command of English both oral and written.
- Experienced in articulating ideas, recommendations, or analysis in formal writing;
- Experienced in working with a diverse team and dynamic environment
