Recruiter – GDC Managed Service Operation (Call Center Section)-002
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree, 3 - 5 years experience in related field in multinational companies
- Knowledge of the overall recruiting operations
- Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources with mastery in one or more
- Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy
- Ability to support/interact with senior practice members
- Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of oral & written English
- Work experience in software development companies is highly preferred
- Work experience in headhunting companies is highly preferred
- Has Headhunter experience is highly plus.
- Has Hotel experience background is plus.
Has BPO/Call Center hiring experience is highly plus.
