Regional Sales Support Manager
Job Description
Pre-sales Support
o Responsible for pre-sales support, pre-qualification of opportunities, generation of proposals and responding to solicited and unsolicited customer requests with the support of Bid Management Germany.
o Act as first level technical support for ICSS product portfolio for the region as well as customer activities focusing on but not limited to Bandwidth, IP and Voice product portfolio.
o Initiating and monitoring of SBR (Special Business Requests) for customized solutions, product bundling, integration of non-standard offerings and third party solutions to cater to customer requirements.
Order Entry and Provisioning
o Support sales in the submission of order forms ensuring the quality of Order Forms submitted.
o Responsible for monitoring and tracking of orders from submission to completion.
o Act as point of contact for escalation and coordination with GN (Global Networks), sales and other delivery organizations to ensure timely delivery of services and in accordance to customer specifications.
Service Management
o Provide full service management function to assigned key accounts covering pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales ensuring service quality, assurance and customer satisfaction.
o Manage the timely delivery of customer orders in coordination with ICSS Order Management, GN and other delivery organizations.
o Co-ordinate with NOC/INMC for speedy resolution of customer issues and faults, including improving the quality of service.
o Provide monthly performance report and conduct operational reviews for key accounts.
Others
o Training on products within the region as required and responsible for driving and coordinating the implementation of new products and processes in the region.
o Provide commercial sales support including price quotations, support for contract management and regional coordination for special sales support tasks and product promotions.
o Interface with central teams such as GN, Order Management, Product Management, Bid Management and Contract Management on issues and requirements of the region.
Qualification, experience, skill required:
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the telecommunications and IT market.
• Strong background in technical sales support with experience in service management.
• A self-starter who performs well under stress and stays focused under pressure.
• Self motivated individual with good interpersonal skills.
• Displays consistently high quality of work and personal integrity.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills with strong analytical qualities.
• Fluent in written and conversational English.
