A professor I met years ago who taught classes about: networks, security & cryptography. He is very broad, very deep, very funny, very many things, has an American wife. He would make jokes here and there, and even gave a martial art kick in class which didn't fit his petite figure.
I haven't met any such guy/girl from mainland though, no one came even close. The Chinese from mainland were so uptight.
This professor was mentioning he attended the school system which is British in Singapore. Does it have anything to do with the school system?
These days, I began to think the Chinese school system wipe out the originality and creativity out of students, not much flavors.
Did the system make us all so uptight?
