Microlink offers a wider variety of localization services, from professional advice on markets and global strategies to the on-going localization of your web site content, from language technology such as machine translation to the web globalization technology.
职位: Art Director 艺术总监
工作职责：
负责管理一支美工队伍，设计制作全套实时3维游戏引擎使用的角色模型，物体模型，以及场景。
管理团队，为成员提供艺术、技术上的指导，共同制作出高质量的艺术作品。
岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历（艺术类相关专业）或艺术类相关院校毕业，5年以上3D美术设计经验。
2.同时熟练掌握2D美术制作，包括设计，绘画，制图等。
3.精通以下至少一种3D软件(3D Studio Max, Maya, Softimage 等)以及Photoshop和Z-brush, 并且了解其他相关软件的操作使用。
4.具有游戏软件制作经验，包括了解技术标准和限制条件，使用相关工具将美工元素整合入游戏引擎。
5.了解各种艺术风格并且能够遵循项目需要的艺术路线。
6.善于领导一个团队，提供培训，达到一个游戏项目的艺术目标。
7.深入了解游戏，并且热衷于游戏制作。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent;
2. Minimum 5 years professional art design experience, with at least 3 years designing for the multimedia;
3. Outstanding design skills;
4. A demonstrated depth of experience in copy/design integration and interactive interface design;
5. Deep understanding of design principles and multimedia design;
6. In-depth knowledge of best practices in user experience and usability;
7. Excellent multi-tasking and the ability to set priorities and readjust as needed;
8. Expertise in the latest versions of Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D studio
MAX, Maya, Fireworks, Cooledit, and all other relevant design software;
9. Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to stringent deadlines; Oral and written communications skills in both Chinese and English;
10. Must have strong portfolio of previous work.
