Job Description：
Responsibility
- Communicate with customer on project issue.
- Provide advice/guidance for test team with respect to Automated Testing.
- Oversee effective testing operations of project, including consulting, development, execution and enhancement/maintenance of project testing and quality assurance.
- Develop standard framework and templates.
- Interact with oversea partners and clients directly.
- May need to travel to US.
Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science or related majors.
- Knowledge and skilled use of Mercury TestDirector, Mercury QuickTest Pro, Mercury WinRunner, Mercury LoadRunner, Mercury SiteScope.
- Minimum 2 years software testing work experience in leading software company
- Strong English Communication (oral and written) skill.
- Comprehensive knowledge of test methodology.
- Ability to perform multi-tasking and a sense of urgency.
- Software-testing designing experience in enterprise.
- Mercury(LoadRunner/Quicktest) experience preferred.

要求经验：

- 三年或三年以上在大型软件公司的工作经验
- 至少2－3 年的企业软件测试工作经验
- 较好的英语交流能力（口语和写作）
- 在应用软件测试方面有丰富经验
- 对测试方法有全面的理解
- 对测试流程有较好的理解
- 有Mercury(LoadRunner/Quicktest)经验者优先
- 能熟练编写技术文档
