My client, a global 500 financial services provider, is looking for the Services center head in southern China:
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- A minimum of ten-year's post-qualification experience, with no less than six-years' software development experience and six-years' management experience in insurance industry or service center management.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Excellent leadership with proven track records of team building and people motivating.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Putonghua are MUST, Cantonese will be a plus
- Excellent inter-personal skill
- Strong customer-focus mindset with service management experience preferable
- Familiar with RPG/400 and other technical skills (e.g. Java, VB, IT infrastructure, etc)
- Understanding of relevant local laws and regulations
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
