Position: Senior Test Engineer(Test Manager):
Report to: Director ( come from foreign)
location: Shanghai
Annual Package: RMB 300k+, depend on the candidate's capability and experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1)In collaboration with design engineering, develop our product testing strategy and standards. Produce the following for review, approval and implementation:
a.Product test architecture and preferred approaches as they apply to RAE.
b.New product testability guidelines.
2)Review current test architecture of existing volume or key products for deficiencies in key areas and produce analysis with remediation recommendations:
a.Inadequate test coverage based on theoretical analysis or first pass yield loss report feedback.
b.Poor throughput or heavy asset utilization requirements.
3)Participate in new product design reviews down to the schematic level for component and assembly reuse, testability and currently accepted design practices.
4)Lead and coach more junior test engineering team members to design test fixtures and programs for existing and new products.
5)Hands on individual participation in all test engineering activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
RAE is a low volume high mix manufacturer. This position is not for an ICT specialist. LabView or other PC based experience is desirable.
1)Minimum Bachelor degree in: Electronic Design or related technical discipline. Master degree preferred.
2)Minimum 5-years experience in test engineering activities. 7 years or more experience preferred. For individuals with appropriate experience, position can be upgraded to Principal Engineer reporting to WW Director.
3)Competency in digital and analog circuit required. Familiar with firmware and PC based software.
4)Proficient in both oral and written English communication.
5)Strong team player with good leadership potential and qualities.
