主要工作职责/ Job responsibility:
Leading Functions:
Lead, create job motivation and promote assigned staff by target agreements and judgement of personal performance. Ensure internal communication and canalize relevant information ensure finalizing of the agreed targets. Recruit qualified staff for future operations. Report actual status of CKD Quality in compliance with consequences and alternatives to Executive Vice President MCG/E&M and Director MCG/E&M Quality as well as recording the results.
Quality loops 1 and 2:
Build up, operate and continuously optimize quality loop 1 and 2 (Abschnittsprüfung RK2, Quality Gates) according MCG standards for vehicle (body shop and assembly) and Powertrain (engine and axle line) production steps.
Ensure the production quality in line by applied inspections for ultra sonic test, ED coating, spot/bolt welding, gaps/transitions and assembly gates
Final Acceptance Test (WSA):
Build up, operate and continuously optimize the Final Factory Acceptance Test (WSA) for vehicle production
Incoming inspection for painted body:
Build up, operate and continuously optimize incoming inspection for painted bodies delivered from OF Chrysler to fulfil MCG Standards.
Documentation of quality status and detected quality problems. Addressing quality problems to OF Chrysler, countermeasures will be recommended to OF Chrysler. Control the effectiveness of countermeasures.
Fault stopping process:
Realisation and support of the fault stopping process in the production line.
Addressing and accompany of fault stopping actions to the causer. Making decision on quality improvement.
Quality Planning:
Create and update check instructions, work instructions, process instructions like control plan (PLP).
Define and update inspections frequencies for regular inspections and additional situation orientated inspections based on inputs.
任职条件/ Requirements:
； Qualification: degree in engineering or industrial engineering
； Experiences: 5 years of professional experience in production MO, RB, CSP or QM, team leading experience
； Good knowledge of general quality management concepts, MPS Methods
； Language requirements: German and English, possibly Chinese
； Others: good knowledge of MS Office (excel, ppt, word)
