然后重申一下这个银行的职位吧,真的是非常Urgent的一个职位, 也确实Challenging, 国内的外资银行发展个人业务也就是这么3,4年的事, 这个职位就是要找一个负责该银行北方区所有consumer banking 的业务的头. 这个职位在国内很难找到合适的人, 所以猎头MM想到从returnee里来找找看. 在国内银行做过一段个人银行业务,然后出国学习工作,仍然从事consumer banking,并且有很强的管理经验,是一个决策型的leader最好了. 毕竟可以从国外带些先进的零售银行的知识和管理方法嘛~!
这个职位呢,要求很强的业务经验, 一定要做很多年commercial banking, 业务捻熟于心, 懂得国外的商行是怎么开展业务的, 并且要了解中国国情, 能够比较中外商业银行业务的区别, 对中国外资商业银行的发展前景有个明确的理智的看法, 致力于回国振兴外资商业银行.

Our client is a leading international bank with a strong presence in Asia and Greater China. They offer a wide variety of banking product to a diverse and high quality client base. The Bank has a vast network of offices around the world. With their international diversity and team approach, they seek a high caliber individual to join the organization.
Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking an experienced banker for its consumer banking. The responsibilities include:
· To strengthen consumer banking product and segment brands, contribute to the bottom-line by working with teams to identify, anticipate and meet the needs of customers
· To lead a team in soliciting new business in consumer banking, develop and manage a portfolio of commercial/individual accounts
· Secure business with existing clients and cross sell where appropriate
· Proactively solicit new business from multiple channels
· Prepare credit proposal and credit assessment
· Sound knowledge of full range consumer bank products
Requirements for this role are:
· Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
· Solid commercial or retail banking experience
· Specialized in PRC market with strong business acumen and connections
· Strong Business connection with corporate clients, law firms, accounting firms or property agents
· Strong communicator and be able to demonstrate an ability to manage complex activities within the Bank's matrix organization structure
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
