Report Delivery
· Develop and test standard reports, automating them using various tools such as Access, Excel,
· Produce monthly and quarterly HR reports compiling data from various source systems, ensuring all data is accurate and reports are delivered in a timely manner
· Work with team members to determine and implement enhancements to address organizational structure changes
·Research standard data issues and suggest potential resolutions
·Assist with and respond to ad hoc requests from within and outside of immediate team providing either data requested or tools such as ad hoc queries that can be used by the requestor
·Manage own workload based upon a calendar of regularly scheduled reports
Business Relationships
·Apply understanding of internal network of key contacts to assist in the resolution of geographic and workforce/workgroup/entity issues.
People Development
·Demonstrate effective teaming skills with internal and external team members
·Participate in people development activities outside of the team (e.g. community activities).
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
·Strong technical & analytical skills (Excel and Access are examples).
