looking for senior product development manager(s) who
will be responsible for fixed income products. The
position will be based in Shanghai. This is a
wonderful opportunity for someone who is interested in
China investment management industry.
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
* Five plus years experiences in the fixed income
research (buy or sell side) or portfolio management i
one (or all) of following areas: Treasury,
Convertibles and MBS
* Familiarity with institutional products such as
public and private pension fund also a plus.
* Performance oriented, highly motivated to produce
results, having demonstrated this trait in prior
experience.
* Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to successfully
empower and lead subordinates.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
