Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for materials planning and delivery, make sure to keep inventory at the targeted level for smooth production and FG timely delivery.
2.Assist department manager on day to day department management, including department reports, update on key projects, and coordination with other departments or other materials departments of BDHHI facilities.
3.Maintain components safety stock at a reasonable level according to the changing PSI. And keep timely update on inventory estimate, E&O report and disposal, and take effective actions to control overall inventory to meet company’s goal and continuously achieve higher inventory turns.
4.Lead and motivate vendor planners to run MPR effectively, release SSMR and track delivery to meet production requirements, meanwhile well control E&O inventory and manage RMI to meet/exceed company’s goal.
5.Monitor suppliers’ delivery performance, work closely with Sourcing to reduce materials supply leadtime and inventory level.
6.Release and revise related procedures, working instructions and forms, provide training and support to continuously improve the working processes and planning people’ skills.
7.Set up and maintain Item Master in Mfg/pro system, ensure Mfg/Pro and Manugistics running well.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Minimum 5 years of planning management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment and/or a multi-national company.
3.Fluent oral and written English.
4.Good knowledge of MRP is a must.
5.Proficient in the use of MS applications
6.APICS CPIM certification preferred.
7.Technical/Functional Competencies:
8.Good knowledge of supply chain management
9.Good at logical analysis, data collection and report, and be data sensitive.
