Responsibility:
-- Industry Business analysis, planning and consulting service. Leading business requirements collection and analysis workshop to develop requirements best fit the client's objectives.
-- Solution design and IT system implementation to fulfil client business target
-- Support to engagement as subject matter experts to pursue the client's buy-in with value proposition
-- Support to engagement in developing proposal with project objectives, scope, approach, timeline, solution and resources plan.
-- Project delivery as PM or Architect or key Consultant to lead team to deliver consulting services and system implementation services
Required Skills:
- Strong industry business background in railway, ports or airline transportation and logestics
- Rich experience in IT and Application system implementation and management
- Rich experience in supply chain planning and consulting services, such as Sales &Operation Planning, Demand Planning, or in Production Planning, Production Scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication, confidence in facing senior clients
- Strong leadership, project management, and good at teamwork
- Possess excellent analytical skills, with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses
- Demonstrating a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering (internal or external) client satisfaction.
