1.Tightly cooperate with Doosan Leadership Institute (DLI), (as a key trainee,) localize the training programs and introduce them to Chinese employees.
2.Play a role as senior trainer to deliver some core training courses to Chinese employees.
3.Leading subordinates, (individually) design and advance career development project, according to employees' KPI results and company's strategic targets.
4.Be responsible for yearly training efficiency review.
5.Other tasks moderately allocated by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, good command of English both in speaking and writing. Korean-speaker is preferred.
2.10-15 yrs work experience including 3 yrs+ OD or training experience.
3.Outstanding interpersonal skills, organizing skills and presentation skills.
