1. Job Summary:
Develop and implement company master training & development plan and achieve set training & Development objectives.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To do training needs collection and analysis
2. To draw up company master training plan and departmental training plan and ensure the implementation once related approvals obtained.
3. To set up, review and interpret training related policies/regulations and other documents, update them in time and optimize whereas appropriate;
4. To set up internal functional training plan and provide the on implementation.
5. Ensure all data related to the training category and trainee groups are controlled.
6. To source training resources and set up internal training database;
7. To provide consulting and guidance to internal trainer to improve training quality and effectiveness;
8. To evaluate training result and evaluate the trainer quality including internal and external trainers
9. Other assignments arranged by HRD;
3. Job Specifications
General requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR. Management or related field；At least 5 years of the experience in HR/training
2. Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, outgoing，healthy and has the ability to lead group to conduct daily training activities；
3. Good presentation, communication and planning skill and accountability
4. Good command of English both in verbal and written, CET-6;
Special skill and knowledge requirements:
1. Familiar with training market and keep timely liaison and good relationship with training agencies
2. Familiar with internal and external training process/system and experienced on annual training planning;
Others:
1. On-job training experience in retail industry will be a plus
