Propose:
- Responsible for accounting and financial management and internal control; capital management; achieve the company's financial targets.
- Support GM on assets management and ensure a normal operation.
- Ensure the financial system of the company is in accordance with BU and Corporate requirements.
- Ensure the risk management and internal control system is well implemented in accordance with Corporate and Government requirements.
- Ensure adequate ICT support for the company's operation.
Responsibilities:
1) Accounting and financial management:
- Set up accounting and reporting system in the company and ensure relevant policies are implemented well.
- Provide basis for company's operational decisions by using accounting and financial principles.
- Raise funds for company's operation.
- Check on cash flow.
- Check on fixed assets projects and monitor the implementation process.
2) Act as a formal representative of the company, coordinate on the company's relations with banks, accounting firms, tax authorities, etc., and safeguard the company's interests.
- Coordinate on budget process and monitor the implementation.
- Lead finance department on investment projects control and analysis; check on financial reports and improve the reporting system.
- Coordinate on annual CPA audit.
2) ICT and ERP system:
- Participate in the constitution of ICT policy and make sure the system works well.
- Organize meetings of ERP system users.
3) Internal control system:
- Set up internal control policy and system in the company and ensure it is effectively implemented.
- Check regularly the implementation of internal control policy in all departments.
4) People management:
- Set up the financial and control team.
- Assign duties among subordinates; check attendance and make suggestions on rewards and punishment.
- Improve the performance of the team.
- Organize internal trainings and enhance staff's professional knowledge and skills.
- Improve internal process and working efficiency of the department.
- Raise staff's awareness on SHE and make sure there is no LWC and environmental accident in the department.
5) Take care of relevant aspects of Safety, Health and Environment in own working area.
6) Follow Security Policy and Requirements and behave according to the Code of Conduct.
7) Other assignments from GM / BU.
