Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Assure high quality of our products and internal production processes
+ Assure supplier process and product quality
+ Line of specialization: electrical products, mechanical products, coatings (especially galvanizing, powder coating)
+ Coordinate and facilitate transfer of Quality Management system applied globally to the subsidiary in China
+ Formulate quality assurance, quality control, and supplier quality evaluation system
+ Build up applicable quality management objectives and evaluation criteria
+ Organize quality review meetings periodically, identify systematic quality issues, and work with business unit to figure it out the solutions
+ Organize quality trainings and foster quality culture in the team
+ Work with the related business units to conduct internal and external ISO certificate auditing, Qualify the local subsidiary for ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
+ Audit the quality system in the team as of the supplier and product quality control to drive them to make continuous improvement
+ Development and implementation of measures to improve the quality of subcontractors
+ Further development of subcontractors; ensure adherence to relevant standards and requirements
+ Monitor as well as project support with new developments and first samples from subcontractors
+ Implementation of corrective measures with subcontractors
+ Active participation in product approval and factory acceptance processes
+ Other assignments as required by senior executives
Requirements:
+ Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
+ Technical background with a strong understanding of industrial, household or car wash machines and technology; on a mass production or at least assemble-to-order level
+ At least 8 years experience in operational quality assurance and control methodologies within industrial companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
+ Knowledge of international regulations and standards for equipment engineering in industry
+ Experience working with providers of household machinery, industrial, household or car wash machines (mass production) and technology
+ In-depth and solid knowledge of quality management as well as know-how of supplier management
+ Good understanding of surface treatment (galvanizing, zinc coating, wet & powder coating)
+ Good understanding of welding and mechanical sheet metal processing as well as electrical engines, control boards and sensors
+ Familiarity with ISO9001, strong work spirit and ethic
+ Good coordination and communication as well as organizing, planning and coaching skills
+ A strong self-initiator / Punctual and precise / Meticulous / Pays attention to detail
+ Willingness to work and live in Shanghai
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
