Hardware Testing Manager, Pre-IPO WirelessNetwork Solution Provider(Top in Red Herring, headquarter in US)
Are you suffering from the slow speed, low bandwidth because of the lowcoverage of 3G network but paying a lot of bills for it? Maybe time for achange, have you ever image to connect TV, PC, Wii and other electronicappliance to build a home media network ecosystem?
While it might be just a matter of time for people to say goodbye to 3G and gofor Metropolitan Wi-Fi networks, whose bandwidth is hard to beat and could beaccessed wherever you are.
Our client is the leading wireless technology provider, and they are passionatein the design, development and marketing of their brand-new technology andproducts. The products with their technology are becoming more and more popularto home media networking provides, equipment suppliers, and electroniccompanies. Service Providers can build large-scale, high-speed&performanceand cost-effective wifi network through their products.
There’re huge opportunities for broadband access, and they are expecting tomake a big difference and change the way for delivering broadband accessservices.
They have sufficient cash flow, sound revenue and exponentially growing for thelast 3 years, so they will be ready for IPO quite soon. Now they are building asoftware and hardware development team in Shenzhen, dedicated working on thecore component of the products. And they are looking for people who arepassionate as they are to join this dynamic group.
Sr. Testing Manager for Hardware
They are looking for a key person who can make strategic contribution for theglobal product development. They expect this person to build the testing andVerification team for hardware design from starch, move hardwaredesign/development team from US.
Frequent travel between US and Asia,
He will directly report to Hardware Director, Engineering VP or CEO.
You must have at least 7-8 years in relative industry and played a role of TestManager before.
You will be responsible to build a successful testing team in Shenzhen andeventually company can start the design and development as well.
Key Requirements
1. Excellent communicator between US, Asiateam, and among marketing, product and manufacturing Department.
2. Previous exp working with external lab for testing
3. Previous hands-on hardware testing experience, and be able to writedocument, document.
4. Proficient English skills in both verbal and written.
5. Excellent product and project planning skills on resource, cost and roadmap.
6. Well-organized and Passionate and with Star-up spirit
