售后服务总监
1、制订国际服务政策与服务标准，优化服务流程，建立信息管理平台；
2、建立质量与安全等重大事件应急处理机制；
3、确立海外服务人员管理政策，建立考核激励机制；
4、构建与推行海外服务本地化战略；
5、收集与分析客户需求，提升客户满意，支持海外业务发展。
Service Director
1. Compile international service policies and standards, optimize service procedures and build information management platform;
2. Set up emergency response mechanism for quality and safety issues;
3. Establish management policies for overseas service engineers and set up incentive & evaluation system;
4. Build and implement localization strategy of overseas service;
5. Collect and analyze customer needs, enhance customer satisfaction and support development of overseas business.
1、本科及以上学历，国籍不限，有工科背景；
2、8年以上国际服务管理经验，5年以上工程机械行业主管服务的副总经理级别岗位经历，具有良好的职业道德；
3、熟悉工程机械产品；
4、具有国际化视野，对市场敏锐，工作思路清晰，执行力强，具有较强的团队管理能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、英语表达流利、善于与客户沟通。
1. Bachelor degree or above with an academic background in engineering; there’s no restriction on nationality;
2. More than 8 years’ experience in international service management, more than 5 years’ experience in service management in the construction machinery industry at vice manager level, excellent work ethics;
3. Familiar with construction machineries;
4. Have international vision, sensitive awareness of market, clear mind in execution; capable of team management and can work under pressure;
5. Fluent in English, good at customer communication.
