- Basic Function/General Scope of Work
Develop and implement compensation and benefits-related programs, policies to ensure in line with RHQ and maintain ability to attract, motivate and retain workforce in the company.
II- Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop, evaluate and modify compensation & benefits policies and systems under the guidance of the RHQ philosophy
2. Take a lead in development, maintenance and implementation of the C&B programs, i.e. Salary Structure, Job Grading System and Staff Incentive System
3. Prepare monthly employment cost report, control monthly payroll, bonus pool and personnel cost
4. Manage human resources benefit including the staff social insurance, the housing fund as well as other existing or future benefit programs
5. Provide advice and guidance to line management in C&B area, i.e. job analysis, job offer, promotion, merit increase etc.
6. Conduct salary market survey and benchmark company salary with market to ensue affordable & completive salary in the area
7. Maintain HR information system and provide timely and accurate data report and analysis for management decision
8. Coordinate and streamline the HR processes and ensure the legal compliance
9. Irregular communicate C&B policies and changes to related employees.
10. Employment contract management. Participate in ad hoc HR projects.
III- Qualifications & Compentencies
1. Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources or Finance preferred
2. 5 years professional working experience, in which includes 2-3 years in multinational companies preferred
3. Familiar with China laws and regulations especially in terms of salary and payment
4. Strong data analysis and good data sense with highly attention to numerical detail
5. Proactive, initiative, and good communication skills
6. Good command of English, both oral and written.
