Job Responsibility:
Establish the BU Test Technical Roadmap and develop the manufacturing Test Support strategy with customer.
Provide TE RFQ for new business.
Provide Test Strategy for on new business opportunity
Act as liaison between BU and customer for manufacturing test issue and is a focal point for product testing activities, inspire active interactions with customers.
Participate the development of Test Process, Equipment, JIGS and fixtures for production testing that can achieve highest productivity and quality at lower cost.
Establish and maintaining the test engineering schedules for new product introduction in terms of test process readiness, cost reduction activities and test coverage continue improvement.
Improves existing and develop new production test processes and methods for the purpose of increasing output or efficiency and reduce costs.
Participates in global test supporting enablement and deployment.
General Requirement:
Knowledge in computer hardware and software is essential. Ability to handle complex engineering issues and to provide engineering solutions for company operations.
Lead the Test Engineering Department in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Be a creative and proactive contributor on the management team, focused on continuous improvement.
Knowledge on RF.
5 yrs above similar managerial position exp. in multinational manufacturing company.
