Technical Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulation development according to the requirement of the stakeholders
Leading the lab scale formulation/process development, ensure regulatory compliance & product quality.
Responsible for the technical transfer from lab scale to trial & commercial production. Problem-solving for technical issues during the scale-up process.
Setting up technical specification for RMs, FGs, drafting production process
Provide technical information to complete the product dossier
Responsible for stability program of the new/exiting products
Prioritize projects in close collaboration with different stakeholders.
Responsible for technical optimization for existing products, to support quality/cost improvement projects
Ensure delivery of timely, innovative and high quality specific services to Marketing/sales team upon request.
Set-up an R+D lab, including lab & pilot scale equipment, plus analytical facility.
Set-up a technical team (formulation + analytical), ensuring staff are motivated, trained and ready to achieve objectives.
Understand the technology trend within the industry.
Be responsible for EHS in the R+D lab.
Requirements:
University degree or above, major in pharmaceutical, food science is preferred.
Minimum 10 years working experience in R+D function, at least 3 years in manager responsibility.
Experience in Pharma /Health Food is needed. Experience in MNC is preferred.
Experience in production is preferred.
Basic understanding on quality system-GMP/HACCP/ISO is preferred
Basic understanding of regulatory requirement on health food/food is preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Team player
Innovative
Flexibility in work approach to deal appropriately with tight timelines and changing priorities
Self-motivative
