Job Responsibilities:
- Development of Distributors’ Logistics Infrastructure;
- Build a simple tool to help that can be used Sales managers to evaluate Distributors in their evolution in this road map;
- Have simple guides and implementation tools that if implemented can help distributors move up on this chain;
- Train the sales managers and the Golden distributors to understand the road map elements, the measurements for the same and how to implement the change required;
- Travel with the managers to physically audit distributors and on the job train the teams.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience within the FMCG industry in an operational environment;
- Related working experience on logistics background preferred;
- Open; Proactive; Integrity; Good team player with strong communication skill;
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing systems, excellent computer literacy;
- Good knowledge of Logistics systems;
- Strong data analytical skills;
- Good at Excel and Access software;
- Fluent English and Chinese;
- Experience in Negotiations and Stock Management;
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
