Responsible for General Legal Matters Concerning Telecom and its Subsidiary companies.
Working relationships Team of In-House Legal Counsellors (2-5)
Key result areas Minimization of Legal Risk in ALL Matters Concerning/Relative to Telecom China and its key Subsidiary companies
Key tasks In-House Legal Counsel
M&A Support
Contract Review
Suit/Claim Arbitration
Core skills Experienced Arbitrator
Working Chinese Legal Knowledge
M&A Experience
General Legal Matters/Affairs
Work Experience 3-5 years as Legal Counsel (Corporate In-House or Law Firm)
Education Background Professional Law Degree from Reputable (Top 10) Chinese University (Req’d)
Law Degree or Study Abroad Experience at Western University (Preferred)
