1. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Banking SME role internally and externally, with solid Banking industry knowledge
- Account management with sales target of $5M to $10M.
- Engagement of key deals
2. Job Requirements:
- Solid Banking knowledge,
- Strong Banking Business/IT consulting solution expertise
- Client development ability to work with C-level business people

- Business acumen and insight
- Excellent consultancy skills
- Sales skills
- Ability to develop a solution vision that can be sold to customers
The successful candidate is experienced, energetic, outgoing, and has sufficient business stature (based on experience or on education/skills) to be successful in China. Ability is more important than years, energy is more important than the length of the resume, and a drive to succeed is most important of all.
