Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operation

2. Perform monthly closing of accounts, reconciliation

3. Responsible for internal/external audit

4. Manage to improve/enhance accounting system on continuous basis

5. Develop and train accounting personnel

6. Good communication with Geo finance/Geo accounting and treasury team

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above (Major in Accounting/Finance is preferred)

2.Familiar with US and PRC accounting regulations (Public recognized certificate of accounting is preferred. (CPA, ACCA, etc.)

3.Solid knowledge and experience in finance and accounting

* Normally 8 years of experience is required but could be flexible considering specific candidate situation

* Experience in MNC or managerial position preferred

* Good experience in manufacturing industry preferred

4.Good command of both spoken & written English

5.Knowledge in ERP system (SAP knowledge is preferred)

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7.Sound business acumen and good leadership

8.Self motivated and can drive result under pressure

9.Take responsibility with commitment
