New position for a international Telecom comapany in Shanghai
JD as followed:
工作职责
Responsibility
1. Leading HW projects and assignments. Build up HW development standard, fundamental or architectures and sometimes design/implement related HW design.
2. Build up necessary HW development competences in team. Setup HW team objectives and perform HW engineer coaching, communicating, appraising, etc related management tasks.
3. Reporting HW progress, cross functional communication/supporting. Proactively prevent/solve problems in responsible areas.
4. Responsible for engineering NPI processes and product HW maintenance.
5. Internal/external customer supporting.
6. Finish superior assigned other tasks.
基本条件Basic
1. Bachelor degree at computer science or electrical engineering or related majors, Master or above degree is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge in terms of schematics design, PCB layout, mechanical design etc of telecommunication equipment hardware design as well as good experience in quality control, cost reduction approach, hardware development process, production support.
3. Good soft skills/abilities, such as communication, leadership, motivating, problem solving, customer oriented, and result oriented etc.
4. 3+ years people management experiences.
5. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
优先条件Priority
1. Experience on telecommunication industrial and similar company is preferred.
2. Project management skill and experience are preferred.
3. Experience on quality control, process improvement, and especially ISO9000 certification experience are preferred.
