In order to develop the operation to its full potential, China Star is appointed by Protech to search candidates for the positions as following：
Position 1: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
To be fully responsible for shop floor in mass production of plastic parts ;
To make planning, co-ordination and control production processes;
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
Responsible for the effective distribution of required product mixed to the right customers at the right time;
To keep Injection Molding Machines in good condition and services are produced efficiency and on time, initiate and implement quality improvement projects, and to develop or improve operation procedures and maximize the utilization of manpower;
Develop and motivate a team of Engineers & Technicians to achieve a continuous improvement in efficiency and quality performance;
To establish and coordinate periodic & ad hoc machinery repair and maintenance ;
Coordinate with relevant departments to give solution on quality, engineering, materials and human resources related issues;
Establish and execute on-going training program for subordinates;
Participate in maintaining and implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949:2002
Qualifications:
College Degree or above, background in Precision Tooling & Moulding, Mechanical, Electronic, automotive industry, or relevant;
At least 8 years working experience in the tooling & moulding industry (Must have at least 2 years experience in production manager;
Proven track record in a similar role
Production planning experience essential
Capacity planning experience essential
Ability to deliver on commitments
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
English Speaking and written
Track record of managing a team
Knowledge of 5S systems
