反跌81点。NND. 越是接近万点，越是危险。还记得上次的最高点，然后拉肚子，一泻千里。
According to the Fed, economic activity has picked up since its severe downturn, but that shouldn't come as a surprise to investors and economists. Also of little surprise, the committee said that economic conditions are likely to warrant exceptionally low levels of the fed funds rate for an extended period. To that point, the fed funds rate was left unchanged in its range from 0.00% to 0.25%.
The FOMC went on to say that it will purchase $1.25 trillion of agency mortgage backed securities and $200 billion agency debt, but will gradually slow the pace of purchases to promote a smooth transition in markets.

1）Federal Reserve used $8.2 trillion including bank loans and asset guarantees;
2) Treasury Dept. used $6.8 trillion including TARP funds, stimulus spending, and tax benefits;
3) Other agencies used $654 billion including FHA's $134 billion to guarantee residential mortgages;
4)Fed and Treasury jointly set aside $1.3 trillion to buy bad bank assets and help Citigroup;
5)FDIC used $2.3 trillion in liquidity guarantees to beef up deposit insurance.
钱都到哪里去了？百分子91去救花大姐了，包括两房少奶奶，Fanniie and Freddie, 一共$17.5 trillion, 另外9%went to tax benefits, subsidies and indirect mortgage guarantees to the US citizens.
