Key responsibilities of CRO
• Participate in Group strategy and annual plan design
• Establish risk management policy according to Group strategy
• Establish key rules on risk management, and supervise the execution
• Review the Group annual risk management plan, and monitor the execution
• Lead the risk evaluation on Group level and propose improvement suggestions
• Establish the key risk management framework, tools and methods
• Lead the non-performing assets management
• Establish the risk management culture, improve risk management capability
• Participate in the decision making on important investment, financing, M&A and other issues
• Responsible for project approval within authority
• Build and keep good relationship with supervision institutions
Job Qualification of CRO
• Minimum of five years working experience as Regional Risk Director or above risk management executive role in medium to large size commercial bank
• Minimum of five years working experience in credit approval of small and medium enterprise in commercial bank
• Minimum of three years working experience in banking business area
• Familiar with banking industry supervision policies, has in-depth understanding on current status and financing needs of small to medium size enterprises
• Bachelor Degree or above
• 35 years old or above
