柏林　一名来自巴伐利亚（信奉天主教）的代表Gabriele Pauli（基督教社会联盟党党员，离婚）提出一项建议：限定婚姻的年限是七年，期满之后如双方愿意，可再续婚约，这样可使婚姻不幸的夫妻得以避免离婚。这项建议是如此不寻常，在基督教社会联盟内部引发了争议。
