Dev. Lead(3-4人)
Responsibilities:
•Lead teams to develop applications for global clients' outsourcing service projects
•Be a technical lead in projects. Mentor and coach other team members in various technologies used in outsourcing service projects
•Report to Project Manager. Help Project Manager in formal proposal writing, project scheduling and estimation, cost control, managing and monitoring project procedure, quality control
•Improve/keep teamwork and creating team spirit
Requirements:
•BS or MS in computer science or relevant fields
•Strong technical experiences in application development, covering all stages of software development cycle
•Hands-on experiences in database, multi-threading, .NET programming
•1+ year experience in leading teams of 5+ engineers
•3+ years professional experience
•Excellent communication skills and traceable management experiences
•Strong English capability (speaking, reading, and writing) is a MUST
•Experience in software process control, CMM related methodologies is preferable
•Experience abroad is a PLUS
