Japan Home and Small Business (HSB) based in Dalian team has 200+ team members and is growing rapidly. The Dalian Japan HSB Team provides superior sales experience and support to consumer and small business customers in Japan. We are looking for highly- qualified senior management to manage and grow the Japan consumer business sales team in line with aggressive growth plan. Key success factors include: delivering solid sales results, developing a strong and capable team and providing superior customer service.
Main responsibilities are:
1)Full accountability and responsibility for the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly delivery of units, revenue and margin to the greater DHS business along with the daily reporting of wins and losses against the agreed-to targets.
2) Full responsibility for short, medium and long term headcount and capacity planning for Dalian sales team that meets the both the growth and cost scaling needs of the greater DHS Japan business.
3) Full management, performance planning and individual career development responsibility for the Dalian Sales Team
4) Attract, develop, and retain high-performing sales support talent.
5) As required, ad-hoc reporting and communication assistance to the Director of Dalian HSB Japan, APJ operations reviews, Japan operations reviews, etc.
