Business Environment and Job Description :
As a software tester on the HP OpenView Identity Management engineering team, you will provide test coverage for Select Access (SA) patches, service packs and for new releases. You will be extending the Select Access QA team based in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
1. Gain thorough understanding of overall product architecture and key features to be able to train other testers within GDCC
2. Gain thorough understanding of the test plans for various functional components of SA.
3. Learn about the interaction between development and QA group.
4. Gain thorough understanding of the bug tracking system.
5. Run test cases for assigned area of responsibility.
6. Log issues in the bug tracking system.
7. Verify and close issues once resolved by development.
8. Modify test cases in case additional information is required.
QualificationsMust to Have : ·
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.·
2. At least 5 to 6 years of relevant software development testing experience (not only just working experience!)·
3. Managed at least 5-10 testers before·
4. Have PM skills·
5. Background in software test methodology
Nice to Have·:
1. Experience with a commercial bug tracking system (Quix would be an asset)·
2. Famliar with J2EE platform.· Multiplatform experience including HP-UX, Solaris, Windows and Linux·
3. Some experience with Web Servers (one of iPlanet, Apache, IIS)· Have developing or testing experience with B/S Java applications·
4. Experience with Directory environments, such as Active Directory and OpenLDAP or experience with Network Security·
5. Troubleshooting and debugging skills with distributed multi-tier applications·
6. Able to focus on key deliverables in a fast-paced development environment·
7. Good oral and written communication skills·
8. A self-starter who can co-ordinate with a team, yet work independently towards a common goal

Job description
The project leader will work on projects to deliver solutions based upon Microsoft Business Intelligence (MS BI) technologies to HP’s internal customers.
A qualified candidate should be able to:·
1. Lead the team for the project delivery in the whole project lifecycle; ·
2. Work with oversea/local counterparts to analyze business requirement, design, implement, test and support projects;·
3. Track project activities and implement quality control process to achieve total customer experience;·
4. Apply current and applicable emerging technologies to assigned duties.
Job Requirements & Skills Required·
1. Degree in Computer Science or engineering related area;·
2. At least 3+ years of practical working experience on BI solutions and MS platform experience will a plus;·
3. Knowledge of the following tools or skills:o Business Intelligence architecture and solutions,o Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Analysis Services,o ETL tool, Data Transformation Services Tool experience will be a pluso SQL, VBScript;·
4. Strong project management skills and PMP will be a plus;·
5. Knowledge of Windows systems and infrastructure will be a plus;·
6. Knowledge of CMM/CMMI and software development process;·
7. Have good English abilities in both speaking and writing;·
8. Excellent communication skills;·
9. Team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and excel.

Title : Localization Testing Engineer –Japanese
Working Location：Shanghai
Description :
Focus on HP OpenView products Japanese localization projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform localization testing(functionality testing and linguistic testing) on localized products.
2. Set up complicated testing environment on HP–UX, Solaris, Linux and Windows.
3. Support R&D team to deliver localized products.
4. Provide linguistic review to localized OpenView products, including Software, manuals, online-help and related documentations.
Job Requirements & Skills Required·
1. B.S. in Computer Science, Information System or related technical degree.
2. Proficient in Japanese and English. Native Japanese is a big plus.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in testing in HP-UX environment on networking products.
4. Experiences in large scale projects. L10n and I18n working experiences are preferred.
5. Knowledge of OS(Unix and Windows), database and networking.
6. Excellent Customer interaction and communication skills.
7. Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
8. Good planning and organizational skills with great ability to multi-task.

As a part of HP Solution & Integration team you will be working closely with HP clients and HP Open view product team in the America and China to analyze, design, coding and test a solution/customized products.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
