Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Understand and analysis business requirements in customer centric way
• Conduct technical feasibility analysis and provide guidance to junior team members
• Combine technology innovation with business innovation to incubate and design new application in an out-of-box way
• Track and understanding SAP’s latest technology platform options, status, prons&cons and keep updating hands-on experience on them
• Design prototype preferably using object-oriented modeling standards such as UML, ERD, or SAP Block Diagrams following design thinking way
• High quality development at both PoC and production environment and have sense of building apps with consumer grade simplicity and enterprise grade design consideration
• Validate design and deliverable with internal stakeholders and external customers iteratively
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent, 5+ years experience with major development platform (e.g. Java, .Net, C++ or ABAP)
• Rich hands-on experience in agile software development, good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience in building a new software solutions from scratch or get deeply engaged in high level architecture design is highly desired
• Exposure and experience in business/enterprise software domain would be strong plus
• Experience on one of SAP modules e.g. MM, SD, BW/BI, CRM, ABAP, or technology (e.g. NetWeaver, Businessobject) would be a strong plus
• Hands on experience with database and sql programming (Oracle, MySql, MaxDB etc) would be a plus
• Good English speaking and writing
