软件测试师(性能测试和调优)
薪水: 10k 左右每月
人员素质具体要求：
1、一定要有1年以上大型网络方面的性能测试和性能调优工作经验；
2、熟悉Java语言和Oracle、Sqlserver等主流的数据库；
3、具有编写性能测试程序或使用性能测试工具（loadrunner、Jmeter）经验；
4、学习和动手能力强，可以不断学习新理论，具有创新精神；
Requirements
1. A BS degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
2. A minimum of 1 year experience in software performance testing AND performance tuning activities.
3. Solid understanding of performance test and tuning basis.
4. Experience on testing s<x>cripts design with one or more performance testing tool such as LoadRunner.
5. Good at analyze the performance test result provided by testing tool.
6. Good at identify performance bottleneck by monitoring various indicators.
7. Experienced on performance tuning with development team at code level.
8. Experienced with relational databa<x>ses and SQL tuning.
9. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
10. Familiar with Cognos application is a plus.
