This role is responsible for the overall P&L and management of entities/activities in China; lead and oversee all departments managers, including production, quality, procurement, supply chain, IT, HR, sales, marketing, and finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Top Management
Work closely with the top management team to ensure business objectives are properly identified and developed.
Communicate frequently with shareholders to update progress and current development
Financial
Prepare annual P&L budgets
Plan and manage profitability / cash flow
Exercise expense control
Achieve sales targets
Sales and Marketing Operation
Establish and manage a solid sales, service, and marketing infrastructure for the local domestic market
Develop key account management to ensure good long-term relationship
Plan sales activities with company on a global basis as required
Position Company as a technology leader in the local domestic market
Manufacturing Operation
Oversee all operations related to manufacturing including sourcing, quality, and production
Plan manufacturing activities with company on a regular basis as required
Ensure company global quality standards are being achieved

QUALIFICATIONS:
Broad experience in Sales and Operation Management
Sensible with P&L, experiences in leading a business unit is a plus.
At least 5 years experience as General Manager overseeing sales and operations for a MNC operation in China.
High level of business acumen
Strong personality with the ability in leading and developing a sales team
Strategic and aggressive business development approach
Ambitious and aggressive, eager to grow with the business
Be able to manage frustration
High work tenacity
Good command of English verbal / writing skills
Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline, coupled with a MBA, would be preferred.
