The world is hungry for data on and about China, perhaps more than ever before, and we are proud to be recruiting for a superb company who intend to be the ‘perfect bridge’ between the unstructured, hidden or missing market data inside China and the English-Speaking Market Makers, Speculators, Investors and Businesspeople who crave this accurate financial data across multiple asset classes.
The Bloomberg’s and Reuters in the market today are not “truly” connected and therefore find it challenging to provide distinct, in-depth capital market data.
This company have an exceptional and distinguished management team, a hardware agnostic, ‘pre-launch’ Content Management and BI platform, and an existing team of talented people to make this happen. They possess pioneering spirit and intend to execute their plan in an open and enjoyable working environment.
This will be a stressful job. It’s going to require considerable amounts of software re-factoring, as well as consolidating the work of 3rd party vendors. Therefore we seek a person equally comfortable with coding as they are with high-level OO design to deliver a rich end-to-end client server model underpinned by a Tibco based messaging engine.
This role will involve substantial development, requiring excellent technology skills. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to use these technologies and really make your mark as a systems creator.
Main job and responsibilities include design and core development of server side subsystems. Code review of java developers and ensure that they conform to the standard as set by the technical Head IT.
Multi-threaded development of server side components.
Our idea candidatel profile:
Deep down experience working on server-side Java components in a highly scalable system.
Architecture as well as coding experience.
Expert-level knowledge in multi-threaded Java 1.6, Tibco SOA (or similar)
