If you are passionate about Media, and have proven skills in delivering maximum impact and satisfaction for your customers, this role represents a chance for you to be leading and participating in truly AWARD WINNING work.
We are seeking a Business Director to work on a significant consumer brand. You’ll lead and manage all operational activity on this key account, developing staff and strategies to create impact for the client. Through your leadership, you will deliver world-class account management. As well as being fluent in Mandarin [native level] and English, you must be:
• From a Media Agency background (Will consider exceptional people from Creative or Digital Agencies) – at least 8 years of experience
• Adept in people management, team size at least 5 direct reports
• Passionate about Media
• Altruistic in your approach to personal development and training/coaching of your team
• Strong in Innovative thinking, ideation and creative channel planning
• Strategic, rather than tactical in regards to campaign planning
• Interested in having fun whilst you work, playful when needed, serious when required.
