Responsibilities:
+ Complete knowledge about formation of import and export trading company in accordance with Chinese Law
+ Full understanding and knowledge and ability to set up efficient Finance and Accounting team
+ Full understanding of foreign exchange regulation for International Banking including establishment of credit line
+ Ensure compliance requirements as per Chinese Law
+ Awareness of import and export laws, including drawback and various government policies
+ Ability to take responsibility for entire accounting function up to the finalization of accounts and submission to required authorities
+ Report to Top / Senior Management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting
+ At least 5 years experience of Administration Management
+ Solid understanding of and experience with book-keeping and operational accounting within a trading firm
+ Experience in Purchasing and Budget Control
+ Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Knowledge of VAT refund practices preferred
+ A strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills
+ Pro-active, confident, solution-oriented and can-do attitude
+ A team player and strong self-initiator with strong interpersonal as well as people management skills and execution ability
+ Meticulous / Pays attention to detail / Punctual, precise and reliable
+ Willing to work and live in Shaoxing
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
