Sr. Testing Manager for Hardware
They are looking for a key person who can make strategic contribution for theglobal product development. They expect this person to build the testing andVerification team for hardware design from starch, move hardwaredesign/development team from US.
Frequent travel between US and Asia,
He will directly report to Hardware Director, Engineering VP or CEO.
You must have at least 7-8 years in relative industry and played a role of TestManager before.
You will be responsible to build a successful testing team in Shenzhen andeventually company can start the design and development as well.
Key Requirements
1. Excellent communicator between US, Asiateam, and among marketing, product and manufacturing Department.
2. Previous exp working with external lab for testing
3. Previous hands-on hardware testing experience, and be able to writedocument, document.
4. Proficient English skills in both verbal and written.
5. Excellent product and project planning skills on resource, cost and roadmap.
6. Well-organized and Passionate and with Star-up spirit
