Corporate Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Manager

Location: Beijing

Role responsibilities:

Report directly to Head of Internal Audit and SOX Compliance;

Direct team members in planning and developing work program, conducting special audits as well as annual SOX testing;

Deliver high quality work output within the allocated budget;

Develop and coach internal audit team members; and

Assist in day-to-day management for the department

Role requirements:

Hold bachelor degree or above in accounting/auditing/finance/management;

Qualified CPA with 8 years work experience in MNC or Big Four with at least 5 years in internal or external auditing;

Proven familiarity with PRC GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS and International Auditing Standards

Revenue recognition knowledge is a plus;

Ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility among team members, and demonstrate strong project management skills;

Ability to prepare audit findings report in both English and Chinese;

Strong team player with an outgoing personality;

Ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility among team members, and demonstrate strong project management skills;

Ability to and willingness to develop team members on an ongoing basis;

Must be fluent in both written and spoken business-level English and Chinese; and

Strong MS Office and Data Analysis Skills.

Travel requirement:

40 – 60% travel (China and International Locations)
