Reporting to the VP Finance are the following:
1. Group Financial Controller, who manages a team responsible for:
1) Accounting functions for the group
2) Budgets, group consolidation, management accounts preparation
3) Tax return preparation and filings
4) Quarterly reviews and Annual audits and financial statement preparation
2. Manager of Internal Audit; responsible for implementing and managing the Company’s internal controls and assuring compliance with all Sarbanes Oxley regulations
3. PRC Finance Director; responsible for managing the finance function at all PRC factory locations.
4. Manager of Information Technology; responsible for maintaining the integrity and up-time of the companies IT systems.
5. Other core responsibilities include:
1) Regular management of the financial reporting process and continuous improvement thereon.
2) Development of annual budgets and management of actual v budget results.
3) Coordinating M&A activities for potential acquisitions.
4) Bank liaison and cash management.
5) Enhancing systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the business as a hole.
6) Participation with management/colleagues from other areas of the business in business improvement projects
