Join Neusoft Co. as a Business Development Manager where you will work as an entrepreneur in a team environment with unlimited development opportunities. Your days will be fast-paced.
Duties include:
• Works closely with the IT management team and Business Area Managers to identify opportunities that are consistent with Neusoft’s core capabilities, vision, strategic plan, goals for revenue growth and margin;
• Builds relationships with other organizations and industry partners that result in teaming agreements to jointly pursue new program initiatives;
• Regularly interacts with industry partners to ensure successful collaboration and teaming inter and intra company;
• Develops themes/discriminators to be incorporated in proposals;
• Identifies, qualifies, develops and maintains opportunities; facilitating progress through the business opportunity funnel;
• Maintains strong customer contact and intimacy with key customer offices;
• Participates in business planning and ex-ecution in order to improve strategic positioning and foster business growth;
• Coordinates with Capture Managers working follow-on opportunities within IT Business Areas to maximize resources;
• Leads participation in marketing conferences, trade shows and symposiums
Qualifications:
• Master degree or above in Computer Science, Marketing & Sales or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or demonstrated effectiveness to meet the managerial expectations, experience in IT industry preferred;
• Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills;
• Good team-player;
• Native English/Japanese speaker or fluency in spoken and written English/Japanese to native standard ideally
