Responsibility:
1.Responsible for the Change management and configuration management of the infrastructure team.
2.Responsible for the network, voice and production server change management.
3.Responsible to provide training and processes guidance for the team as process owner.
4.Responsible for the CMDB and CM historical trend analysis and regular reporting.
Requirement:
1.The person should have good ITIL training and experience, worked in the same field for more than 3 years.
2.The person should have good English oral and written skill.
3.strong leadership and communication skill.
4.College degree is a must.
