The current wild run is fuelled by local and foreign hot money rotate out of real estate into Chinese equities.
The shares in China is already quite expensive based on forward P/E or future discounted cash flow. Only time will tell when this one will pop. Most people I talked to expect a hardlanding around late 08/early 09, if not sooner.
Meanwhile enjoy it while it lasts... Cash out if you reach your gain limit and allocate your asset in other asset classes.
